July 17, 2014If you go here, you will see that HMRC have published a list of the DOTAS schemes which are to be subject to accelerated payment, provided the government passes the legislation.

It’s information if you used, or you have clients who’ve used, a DOTAS scheme.
The question is, what more information should HMRC disclose? Names of promoters? Names of users? Descriptions of the schemes? They’d be very interesting, but one can see confidentiality problems with the former, and the last may just give people the ideas HMRC are trying to avoid them having 🙂
